Recipe - Pecan Bars

I saw this picture on Pintrest and it simply looked to yummy to pass up. The recipe can be found on Lick the Bowl Good Blog but I believe it is originally a Martha Stewart recipe. They actually turned out to be Pecan bars, which is great, I would have liked them whatever they were though!
I will definitely be trying this recipe out at some point though. What do you think?

Nail Art - Black Polka Dot

Found this image here. It is such a simple and obvious nail art tutorial but looks so great and affective. Paint with black polish and dot with clear top coat or glaze! Done! It would be great with any matt effect polish actually so you could try it other colours too. I love how it gives a matt and gloss textured look. Brilliant!

Kids Craft - DIY Felt Fishing Game

I used to love making different versions of this game with my Brownie Guides. This great fishing game is such fun for a rainy day and so simple to make with items you can pick up from the £ or $ store, or even the supermarket.
You'll find the full instructions, and a printable template on the blog Repeat Crafter Me
Little kids might need help cutting the felt fish, but big kids will be able to do this on their own. Plus why stop at fish, you could make a whole aquarium or fun sea life animals.

Useful Crafts - Girly Fabric Bookmark

I didn't have a section to put this craft in so I started a new one - Useful Crafts. To me bookmarks are useful! Isn't it sweet! You could use any fabric you have and mix and match coloured or white elastic, you could even up-cycle an old piece of clothing or any sort of fabric! What a chic way to keep your page in your book.
